Our Story

In the heart of Austin, Texas, a group of Latino friends arrived with nothing but a suitcase full of dreams and one shared goal: to build something of their own. They came from different corners of Latin America, but all carried the same passion for food that reminded them of home — fresh, authentic, and full of life. The beginning wasn’t easy. They worked long hours in kitchens, markets, and warehouses, learning firsthand what top restaurants needed to stand out: ingredients that were not only of the highest quality but also told a story. One night, after a long shift, someone laughed and said: “What if we were the ones bringing freshness directly to the kitchens?”That simple question planted the seed of what would become Just Fresh Produce LLC.
With a used truck and a lot of heart, they began visiting local farms, handpicking every vegetable, every fruit, every leaf. Their promise was simple yet powerful:
